MEET OUR DOCTORS
Our experienced doctors are all certified dentist anesthesiologists and provide anesthetic care to a wide array of dental patients.

DR. MATTHEW D. ARNALL
Dr. Matthew Arnall was raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. His wife and four children are the best part of his life! He spent way too many years on his education, but he enjoyed the journey and wouldn’t change a thing (he only says that to make himself feel better). He attended Northern Arizona University where he studied microbiology (yawn), then Creighton University for dental school (his wife made him take ballroom dancing lessons in the middle of it… which saved his marriage… seriously). Several years into private practice, he and his wife announced that the family would be moving to New York City for him to attend a residency in anesthesiology at New York University (death stares from his teenage daughters). In the end, New York City was a pretty awesome place for the whole family. His wife nearly bankrupted them with her Broadway addiction, and he found his passion in anesthesiology!

DR. SAAVAN BHAKTA
Dr. Saavan Bhakta was born and raised in California where he obtained a B.S. in Biotechnology at U.C. Davis before pursuing a career in dentistry at LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. He is very committed to his patients and strives to provide the best overall care possible. His father obtained graduate degrees in pharmacy, dentistry and pediatrics, and is known nationally for dedicating his career to dental education. He served as Dean at both the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine and at the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. Dr. Brownstein’s wife, Sheri, is also a second-generation dentist and a full-time professor/administrator at the Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Cox received his dental training at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine and his anesthesia training at New York University Langone Hospital – Brooklyn which is a level 1 trauma center, designated Stroke Center, Bariatric Center of Excellence, and one of the busiest emergency departments in Brooklyn. Upon completion of his pediatric residency Dr. Din moved back to the Phoenix metro area to join a busy pediatric dental practice. After 4 years Dr. Din joined a larger pediatric practice and was based in Tucson and Phoenix. This is when Dr. Din was able to meet Drs. Hom, Wall, Channer and Phan who provided general anesthesia services to his practice. Always intrigued and impressed by their ability to provide safe and effective anesthesia in a mobile setting Dr. Din contemplated attending a Dental Anesthesia program. After another 10 years of practicing pediatric dentistry Dr. Din decided to move to Brooklyn New York and completed a 3 year Dental anesthesia residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. Dr. Din enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters (set of twins). Along with rooting for the L.A.
